Welcome! Thank you for visiting my site. Here you will find information about me and my work, Integrative Somatic Yoga, and the workshops and trainings that I offer. I am a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT- 500) who has spent the past 20 years immersed in the study of yoga, somatics, mindfulness based meditation, and trauma healing. Integrative Somatic Yoga (ISY) is a unique practice that will not only help re-educate the nervous system to help heal our physical body, but also a practice that moves us from feeling fractured and disconnected emotionally and energetically to coming home to our inherent nature of being whole and complete and sacred.
