Explore whole person wellness with the ancient practices of gentle yoga within the modern science of somatic movement therapy, functional diaphragmatic breath work, and down to earth and accessible meditation techniques. Our day together will include active yoga, restorative yoga, outdoor guided meditation, along with poetry and inspirational talks that will nourish and replenish your soul. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Rising Fawn Gardens, students will also have the opportunity to walk the gardens, roam the hiking trails and sit by the creek during our extended lunch break.

An advanced yoga teacher training is for yoga teachers with a 200-hour certification and serious students seeking an expert level of training that focuses on slower, embodied somatic movement practices, mindful mediation and the deeper aspect's of the subtle body and classical yoga philosophy.
