Our refund policy is dependent on the product purchased and is made clear at time of purchase through Terms of Purchase agreement.

You may, view, print and/or download one copy of the Materials from this web site on any single computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

ASSIGNMENT
These Terms of Service bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms of Service are not assignable, delegable or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment or delegation by you is invalid.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER; HEADINGS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC. The subject headings of this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
As a participant of Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC. its related domains, sub domains, and mobile and desktop applications, I agree to the following:
1: I am participating in the fitness program offered by Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC. during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, wellness, and health. I recognize that yoga and related activities requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2: I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the fitness program.
3: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the fitness program, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the fitness program.
4: In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the fitness program, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have with Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC. for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the fitness program.
5: I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to hold Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC., its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, instructors and all related parties responsible for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Integrative Somatic Yoga, LLC, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use these websites, fitness programs and products or your breach of the Terms of Service.
