I am excited to share with you an all new online community to practice yoga in a way that honors your unique mind/body and stage in life. This, along with connecting to a supportive community of students and teachers from all over the world that too desire this type of slower, integrated and accessible practice.

I invite you to join us at this time as a Founding Member of the new Essential Self-Care Online Community. As a member you will have access to live monthly workshops, weekly classes, Q & A mentoring sessions, a growing library of on-demand practice videos to access at any time, and more!  This is an exciting time to now be offering this unique integrative practice online and I am grateful for my Founding Members!

1st Thursday of the Month:

Monthly Mini Workshop, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

-Live Session

We start the month off with an intention and theme for the months practice together.  This first session of the month will include discussion that may include basic anatomy, yoga/somatic philosophy, and inspiration that relates to and supports this months topic. Followed by a guided practice of somatic yoga movement, pranayama (breath-work), and meditation.

2nd Thursday of the Month:

Asana & Pranayama

-Live Session

Revitalize your physical well-being with a guided somatic yoga movement practice followed by pranayama (breath-work) to support inner transformation. Our practices are accessible to all students with variations provided.

3rd Thursday of the Month:

Asana & Meditation

-Live Session

Build nervous system resilience with a guided slow and mindful yoga practice that continues to support you with this months theme and intention.  We complete our practice with a heart-centered meditation.  Lynne's down- to- earth and accessible meditations are for all students. No meditation experience needed.

4th Thursday of the Month:

Asana, Pranayama, Meditation &
Q & A Mentorship

-Live Session

This is a culmination of the months theme empowering you with skills to support your well-being. As with all practices, variations are given to make the practice accessible to all students. This last session of the month also includes Q & A time with Lynne that provides valuable live mentorship to support you in your practice.

Seasonal Ayurvedic Recommendations

A sister science to yoga, Ayurveda involves living in harmony with our natural constitution and the world around us.  With respect to the five basic elements, the three Ayurvedic doshas, and the current season, members receive seasonal recommendations and recipes for living in balance, harmony and ease.

A Growing On-Demand Video Library

All of the live classes are recorded and posted on the private membership site.  These recordings are then neatly organized by subject/theme in the private membership site for you to easily access and enjoy at anytime-anywhere!

Bonus Workshops

A special bonus outside of the weekly sessions! Each year, Lynne will host three, members only, bonus workshops outside of the weekly Thursday sessions. A few examples of a seasonal offering are a Winter Wellness Weekend Workshop and Living Your Yoga Off the Mat- Applying the Yamas and the Niyamas Into Daily Life. These bonus workshops alone are worth more than the yearly membership cost!

The Foundation of My Work

The Essential Self-Care Online Community is a culmination of over two decades of studying and teaching embodied practices and my deep desire to inspire others to care for and love their sacred being. Now more than ever, I feel that it is time to offer this online community ....this calm inner circle to share embodied wisdom and grow together without distractions, held outside of social media- held without competition or judgement.  It comes at a time that we collectively need a safe haven to explore soul-nourishing tools.

Please note that there are no full or partial membership refunds for either monthly or yearly memberships.  If you choose the monthly membership, your membership will automatically renew each month, but you may cancel your membership at anytime, there are no commitments with the monthly plan. If you cancel your monthly membership, the cancellation will begin for the next scheduled payment, as there are no partial refunds. There are no partial refunds for those that choose the yearly membership.
