This, along with connecting to a supportive community of students and teachers from all over the world that too desire this type of slower, integrated and accessible practice.

Here is what's Included:
1st Thursday of the Month:
Monthly Theme Introduced
Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
We start the month off with a new intelligently curated theme for our practice together. This first session of the month will include a brief discussion to introduce you to that month's topic/theme. Followed by a guided practice of somatic yoga movement, pranayama (breath-work), and meditation.
2nd Thursday of the Month:
Asana & Pranayama
Revitalize your physical well-being with a guided somatic yoga movement practice followed by pranayama (breath-work) to support inner transformation. Our practices are accessible to all students with variations provided.
3rd Thursday of the Month:
Asana & Meditation
Build nervous system resilience with a guided slow and mindful yoga practice that continues to support you with this months theme and intention. We complete our practice with a heart-centered meditation. Lynne's down- to- earth and accessible meditations are for all students. No meditation experience needed.
4th Thursday of the Month:
Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
This is a culmination of the months theme empowering you with skills to support your well-being. As with all practices, variations are given to make the practice accessible to all students.

Q & A, Mentorship, and Get Together

Each quarter offers Q & A time with Lynne that provides valuable live mentorship to support you in your asana, pranayama and meditation practice. This is also a time that we come together to say hello and offer support to the community as a whole.

Community Group Live Classes
-Live Session-
Each quarter Lynne offers a live class for members to practice together as a community. These live seasonal classes with Lynne are in addition to the weekly recorded classes and a wonderful way to practice live with Lynne and your fellow community members.
Seasonal Ayurvedic Recommendations
A sister science to yoga, Ayurveda involves living in harmony with our natural constitution and the world around us. With respect to the five basic elements, the three Ayurvedic doshas, and the current season, members receive seasonal recommendations and recipes for living in balance, harmony and ease.

A Growing On-Demand Video Library
All weekly class recordings and live classes are recorded and posted on the private membership site. These recordings are then neatly organized by subject/theme in the private membership site for you to easily access and enjoy at anytime-anywhere! Currently there are dozens of classes to choose from in the ESC video library and this library keeps growing as new classes are added each week.
Lynne provides such a lovely, safe, and calming space to learn, heal, and grow.

The Foundation of My Work
The Essential Self-Care Online Community is a culmination of over two decades of studying and teaching embodied practices and my deep desire to inspire others to care for and love their sacred being. Now more than ever, I feel that it is time to offer this online community ....this calm inner circle to share embodied wisdom and grow together without distractions, held outside of social media- held without competition or judgement. It comes at a time that we collectively need a safe haven to explore soul-nourishing tools.
My core principles that guide me personally and professionally:
