Experience easy and effective ways to achieve optimal health and healing within a fully supportive environment and community. Explore whole person wellness with the ancient practices of gentle yoga within the modern science of somatic movement therapy, functional diaphragmatic breath work, and down to earth and accessible meditation techniques. All levels of students will benefit from this slow paced class that taps into tools that help regulate our nervous system to better handle daily stress and overwhelm. It is the essential self-care that we all need that is a compliment to any style of yoga, or movement arts or activity that you are already doing. Lynne honors each students individuality and unique needs. Within this private special series, you will receive individual attention to make the practice accessible and appropriate for your unique mind/body within the context of a group class.
